About This Project

This research engagement was that of Product Realization and Customer experience. As the research lead within this smart clothing start up from the University of Waterloo, I developed research studies with customers and domain experts to synthesize insights and recommendations to develop the product.

Utilizing interviews, context labs I mapped out the 4 experience journeys of targeted customer groups. These experience journeys consisted of pain-points, opportunity areas, along with a recommendation of prioritized features, Leveraging assessment labs and participatory prototyping with customers, my research was able to then refine the direction of product development, as well as provide key insights to drive UI development.
